Support, shaped around real lives.

The Dementia Support Network of WA Inc. is a Not-For-Profit incorporated association based in Western Australia, here for individuals living with dementia, their families, and carers. We understand that a dementia diagnosis affects not only the individual but also the people around them. Navigating the challenges of dementia can be overwhelming, which is why we are committed to connecting families with the support, resources, and guidance they need throughout their journey.

Through community support, donations, and partnerships, we help provide access to services that enhance quality of life, including dementia education, specialist advice, individual support, and community-based assistance. We also work to raise awareness and improve understanding of dementia within the wider community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to ensure that individuals living with dementia and their families have access to compassionate support, practical resources, and meaningful connections that help them live with dignity and confidence.

Our Vision

We envision a Western Australia where every person living with dementia, along with their families and carers, feels supported, valued, and connected throughout their journey. We strive to create a community that is informed, compassionate, and dementia-friendly, where individuals can access the support they need without feeling isolated or overwhelmed. Through education, advocacy, and community partnerships, we aim to improve understanding of dementia and reduce the stigma that often surrounds it. Our vision is a future where no one faces dementia alone, and where every individuals has the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, and the highest possible quality of life.
