Our Programs
From specialist-backed family support to regular check-ins and dedicated younger-onset services, we also have high tea every year, here’s how we help.

Family Support
Supporting families through every stage of the dementia journey. A dementia diagnosis affects the whole family. Many carers and loved ones face uncertainty, emotional stress, and challenging navigating available services. Our Family Support Program provides information, guidance, and connections to trusted professionals and community resources. Through education, practical advice, and compassionate support, we may help families feel more confident, informed, and less alone as they care for a loved one living with dementia.
What we provide:
- Guidance and information
- Referrals to dementia specialists and support services
- Carer support and education
- Community connections
- Emotional support for families

Wellbeing Check-In
Regular connection, meaningful conversations, and ongoing support. Living with dementia can sometimes lead to isolation, loneliness, and reduced social connection. Our Wellbeing Check-In Program aims to ensure that individuals and families feel supported throughout their journey. Through regular contact and friendly check-ins, we provide encouragement, monitor wellbeing and help connect people with additional support when needed. These conversation help build confidence, reduce isolation, and create a stronger sense of belonging.
Program goals:
- Promote social connection
- Reduce feelings of loneliness
- Identify support needs early
- Encourage community engagement
- Improve overall wellbeing

Younger-Onset Dementia Support
Helping people continue living meaningful, connected lives. Younger-onset dementia affects people under the age of 65 and often presents unique challenges. Many individuals are still working, raising children, supporting families, and planning for the future when they receive a diagnosis. These circumstances require specialised support that differs from traditional aged-care services. Our Younger-Onset Dementia Program focuses on providing age-appropriate support, peer connections, practical resources, and opportunities for individuals and families to share experiences with others facing similar challenges.
Area of support include:
- Peer support opportunities
- Family and relationship support
- Information and education
- Social connection activities
- Navigation of available services and resources

Community High Tea Party Fundraiser
Bringing people together to raise awareness, connection, and hope. Each October, we host our annual High Tea Party in support of people living with dementia and their families. This special event provides an opportunity for community members, carers, families, supporters, and local businesses to come together in a welcoming and inclusive environment. The High Tea Party helps raise awareness of dementia, reduces stigma, celebrates community connections, and generates funds that support our ongoing programs and initiatives. Guests can enjoy refreshments, entertainment, drinks, food and a good time while contributing to a cause that makes a real difference in the lives of Western Australian families.
The High Tea Party aims to:
- Raise awareness of dementia
- Strengthen community connections
- Celebrate and support carers
- Encourage community involvement
- Raise funds for future programs
