Our Mission

No family should face dementia without support.
Every dementia journey is unique, but no one should have to navigate it alone. Our mission is to support people living with dementia, their families, and carers across Western Australia by providing compassionate guidance, trusted information, and meaningful connection.
We work alongside families through every stage of the journey, drawing on the expertise of dementia specialists and nurses to provide practical support and reassurance when it is needed most. We are also developing innovative community programs that provide regular wellbeing check-ins, helping to reduce isolation, identify changing needs early, and ensure people remain connected to support.
As a charity, we are particularly committed to improving outcomes for people living with younger onset dementia. Many are still working, raising children, managing mortgages, and planning for the future when they receive their diagnosis. Their needs are different, yet they are too often overlooked. We are dedicated to developing services, resources, and advocacy that reflect the unique challenges they face.
Together, we are building a community where every person affected by dementia feels supported, understood, and empowered to live with dignity, purpose, and hope.
